Overview

This article explains how to log in to Crewmojo, what to do if you've forgotten your password, and how Single Sign-On (SSO) works if your organization has it enabled.

Logging In

To access Crewmojo, navigate to your organization's Crewmojo URL and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your Email Address / Username in the first field.
  2. Enter your Password in the second field.
  3. If this is your first time logging in (or if extra security is required), you'll be prompted to enter a verification code.

  1. Check your email for a message from Crewmojo containing your authentication code and enter it in the Code field.

  1. Optionally, check Remember me on this device to stay logged in.

  1. Click the Log in button.

💡 If you're unsure of your login URL, contact your admin.

⚠️ Note: If you receive an authentication code email but did not initiate the login, contact Crewmojo immediately at [email protected].
