This article explains how to add new employees to Crewmojo and manage existing users — including inviting individuals, importing in bulk via CSV, and taking administrative actions such as reassigning managers, resending invitations, and deactivating accounts.
You must have HR or Admin permissions to manage users.
Employees being invited will receive an email invitation to join Crewmojo.
If importing via CSV, make sure your file is formatted correctly before uploading.
There are two ways to add employees to Crewmojo:
From the Employees list, each employee row has a ⋯ (three dots) menu on the right-hand side. Clicking it reveals a set of actions you can take for that employee:
