Overview

The Reports Tab is the central hub in Crewmojo where HR personnel and Managers can access, analyse, and export workforce data. Reports are organized into categories and can be browsed from the main Reports page. Each report is tagged by category (e.g., Employees, Feedback, Automations) to help users quickly find the data most relevant to their needs.

The scope of data available within reports depends on the user's role — Managers can view data for their direct reports, while HR users have access across the entire organization.

Permissions and Access

Access to reports follows a hierarchical permissions model based on the user's role within Crewmojo:

• Managers can access reports scoped to their direct reports only — they can view data for the employees they are responsible for, but not for the wider organization. Managers also have access to the AI Chat assistant and all export options.
• HR users have comprehensive access across the entire system. They can run reports on any employee, team, or process within the organization.

This model ensures that sensitive workforce data is appropriately protected while still giving HR the visibility they need to manage organizational processes effectively.
