Workflow Settings is where you configure the foundational details of a workflow — things like its title, who can start it, and the due date. These settings apply to the workflow as a whole, rather than to individual steps.
Workflow Settings can be accessed in two ways:
💡 Tip: You can return to Workflow Settings at any time to update these details, even after the workflow has been built.
The General tab contains the core configuration for your workflow.

The name of the workflow. This is what HR and admins will see in the Workflows list and what participants may see depending on how the workflow is configured.
A short internal reference name used for organising and identifying the workflow in records and reports.
