Single Sign-On (SSO) allows Crewmojo users to leverage the authentication that already exists within other applications they use. Currently this is available for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace users. We will be adding more in the future - should you have an application you use within your business that can leverage this feature, please and let us know.

Once SSO is enabled, your employees will not be able to log on using any other method.

Note: Deactivating a user within the SSO provider does not automatically deactive the user within Crewmojo. Please remember to deactivate users within Crewmojo as well.

Enabling Single Sign-On

To enable SSO, you will need Admin or HR permission.
