How do I edit a review that I have submitted?

Click on the "Submitted" button on the review tile. This will bring up a list of all the review you have submitted. Use the three dots on the right of the review in question and select "Unsubmit and edit".

Will I get notified if self review is edited by my direct report after they submitted?

Yes. You will get a notification saying they have unsubmitted their review (to edit it), then another notification when they resubmit it.

Can I edit question in the library?

To edit a question, go to the questions library and locate your question. The three dots menu on the right has an edit option. This will open the question creation dialogue with the question's current configurations for you to edit.

Can I edit a review template?

As with questions, go to the template library and use the three dots menu to edit a template.

How do I end the cycle?

To end a cycle, go to the cycles library, click the three dots to the right of the cycle and select either "End" or "End & Share".

Can I delete an active cycle?

The "Delete" option is also in the three dots menu in the cycles library.

How do I review and edit cycle configuration?

In the cycles library, you can use the three dots menu on the right to edit any cycle that has not been started. You can do the same for cycles that are in progress, but your configuration options will be limited to changing various due dates.

Do reviewees always receive a review pack?

Reviewees will not receive a review pack if you simply select "End" as in the question below. However, if you select "End & Share" or share the review packs manually, they will review a review pack.

Can I end a cycle without sharing the review packs?

Yes. In the cycles library, use the three dots menu to select "End". You will need to type "end cycle" into the dialogue box to confirm.

Can I share the review pack if I ended a cycle without sharing the packs for all reviewees?

Yes. Select "View Details" in the three dots menu for the cycle you have ended and navigate to the "Reviewees" tab. Use the three dots menu to the right of the correct employee and select "Share Review Pack".

Can a manager view review packs?

Yes. Select "View Details" in the three dots menu for the cycle you have ended and navigate to the "Reviewees" tab. Use the three dots menu to the right of the correct employee and select "View Pack".

How can a manager see a status of all reviews for their direct reports?

By selecting "View details" in the three dots menu for the relevant cycle in the cycles library, you can navigate over to the "Reviewees" tab to view all the reviewees and their current status.

What are the options for review pack sharing?

When ending a cycle, you can select "End and Share" rather than "End" which will automatically share review packs with all the reviewees. Otherwise you can share the review packs manually as described above.

Where do I configure Reviews?

The quickest way to configure reviews is to click the three dots in the top right corner of the yellow reviews tile and select "Admin". You can then configure cycles, performance drivers, templates and questions.

Why can't I see the yellow tile so I can do my review?

If you can't see the yellow tile, click "Show Hidden" at the bottom of the Crewmojo home page. Use the three dots in the top right corner of the tile and select "Unhide".

Where do I see my review history?

The review tile has a "Review Packs" button which will list all the review packs that have been shared with you. The "Submitted" button will list all the reviews (self, peer and direct report) that you have submitted. This is all your review history.

When can I unsubmit my review?

Self-review can be unsubmitted up until the manager submits their review. Manager review can be unsubmitted up until the review pack is shared with the employee.

How do I change the manager responsible for a direct report review while the cycle is active?

Navigate to Reviews Admin > Cycles. Click the three dots menu on the right of the cycle you wish to edit and select "View Details".

Go to the "Reviewees" tab and click on the menu for the reviewee you wish to change manager for.

Click on the menu next to the manager and select "Remove". You will need to type "delete" into a dialogue box to confirm your action.

Now click on Actions > Add Reviewer and select the new reviewer.
